• completion within 1-4 weeks of payment under normal conditions.
• rush fee may apply starting at 25% of base price.payment/refunds
•at least 50% of the payment must be made before I start. the payment can be taken in two parts before and after the first sketch is sent. for sketch commissions, full payment will be taken upfront.
•refunds are available only if the sketch has not been started.due to exchange rate fees, for orders outside canada please
include 10% in your payment transfer.
charges due to currency exchange are the sole responsibility of the buyer.process
1. contact me for the type of commission you'd like. details/price will be confirmed with you.
2. first payment taken.
3. the sketch will be shared. major revisions can be made. (for sketch commissions, minor revisions can be made and we will move to the last step.)
4. remaining payment taken.
5. i will send a photo with colours/simple rendering. minor revisions can be made. (for ID photo type commissions, this is the last step.)
6. the finished picture will be confirmed with you. minor revisions can be made. a png and/or jpeg file with watermarked and unwatermarked versions will be sent to you. please confirm when you have received the files.revisions

revisions include, but are not limited to,major revisions:
• composition
• pose
• clothingminor revisions:
• simple line changes
• adding small details
• small colour adjustmentsafter the sketch, major revisions cannot be made and extra charges will apply starting at 50% of the original price. if the change is due to my mistake, please discuss with me and i will fix it.*this page may be updated at any time. only the conditions listed at the time of your commission will apply.
