GENERAL• i reserve the right to refuse a commission.
• i may post the finished piece online or use as commission samples.
• do not alter my work.
• credit when using. do not post the unwatermarked piece online.
• please communicate politely and concisely.COPYRIGHT• all rights reserved.
• no unpermitted commercial use or redistribution. not to be used for ai or nfts.TIMEFRAME• 1-4 weeks for portrait, 2-6 weeks for full illustration. i will provide progress updates and inform you promptly in case of any delays.PAYMENT• payment through paypal invoice, taken in CAD.
• at least 50% of the payment must be made upfront. the payment can be taken in two parts before and after the first sketch is sent.
• refunds are available only if the sketch has not been sent.charges due to currency exchange are the sole responsibility of the buyer.PROCESS1. contact me through DM or email.

3. the sketch will be shared. major revisions can be made.
4. remaining payment taken.
5. base colours will be confirmed with you. minor revisions can be made.
6. the finished picture will be confirmed with you. minor revisions can be made. a png and jpeg file with watermarked and unwatermarked versions will be sent to you. please confirm when you have received the files.REVISIONSrevisions include, but are not limited to,major revisions (up to 1):
• anything that requires full redrawing - e.g. pose, outfitminor revisions (up to 3):
• anything that does not require redrawing - e.g. colour, brightness, small changesafter the sketch, major revisions cannot be made and extra charges will apply starting at 50% of the original price. if the change is due to my mistake, please discuss with me and i will fix it.
